Welcome to Grant-Co Architecture! These Terms of Use govern your use of our services, including the drafting of plans for residential and commercial projects and the submission of plans for city permits. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Grant-Co Architecture will create project plans based on the information and preliminary materials provided by the client.
These plans are intended for the client’s use and submission to the relevant city authorities for permits.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information, including name, address, phone number, email, and preliminary plans of the property.
Grant access to the property for measurement purposes, if required.
Make payments as agreed upon (credit/debit card, invoice, or cash).

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed in full before project delivery.
Invoices sent via email must be paid within the stipulated timeframe.

4. Limitation of Liability

Grant-Co Architecture is not responsible for delays or rejections by city authorities due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our services do not guarantee permit approval, as approval is subject to city regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The plans created by Grant-Co Architecture remain the intellectual property of the company until payment is completed.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of the plans without our consent is prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of California.

7. Updates to These Terms

Grant-Co Architecture reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
